Speyer Parent Portal User Guide

The Speyer parent portal is a personalized online resource and your primary source of Speyer information regarding your child(ren). We recommend that you bookmark the following URL: https://portals.veracross.com/speyer/

Typically, if there are time-sensitive registrations or forms, we generate buttons that appear right at the top of your main portal page. For example, in the late summer, registration for Program BLUE and Middle School Afterschool, as well as Athletics sign-ups appear there.

  • My Children - lets you check your child’s class schedule and attendance records.

  • Attendance/Dismissal Changes - is how you inform Speyer of changes to your child’s attendance and dismissal plans.

  • Speyer Messages - archives all emails from Speyer that have been sent via Veracross in a centralized location so you can find communications quickly.

  • Update Household Profile - allows you to keep your information current, choose which information to share, and to add contacts and pickup authorizations.

  • School Policy Forms - vary based on school division and the time of year. This is where you can authorize self-dismissal and/or Athletics self-dismissal for MS students. This is also where you would enter school bus information at the beginning of the school year.

  • Student and Household Directories - display up-to-date contact information for your child’s classmates and friends.

  • Faculty Directory - displays contact information and emails for faculty, staff, and administration.

  • Other Handy Buttons and Tabs - link to school calendars, the lunch menu, the Speyer Spirit Shop, PA Connect, transportation information, and more.
